INDIAN AIR FORCE X GROUP
Indian Air Force Group X Exam is conducted for technical and non technical airmen vacancies in the Air force who are deployed for ground based duties as per their trade.
Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirements: Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Or
Passed Three year Diploma Course in Engineering in relevant discipline with 50% marks in English in Diploma Course or in Intermediate / Matriculation if English is not a subject in Diploma Course.
Age : 17-21 years.
Process of Selection in IAF: Those applicants who will be short-listed will be called for Testing at one of the Air Force Selection Board.
The Testing would have stages as given below.

INDIAN AIR FORCE Y GROUP
Indian Air Force Group Y Exam is conducted for technical trade vacancies of Communication and Automobile assistant and non technical trade vacancies.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:- 17-21 years
Educational Qualification:- Intermediate / 10+2 / equivalent examination in any stream / subject approved by Central / State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English
OR
Passed two years vocational course affiliated / recognised by CBSE / State Education Boards /Councils duly recognised at par with 10+2 by AIU with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate, and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course or in Intermediate / Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.
EXAM PATTERN
There will be one paper of 50 questions of 45 minutes.
